Jack is a friend. He’s loving, gentle, and makes my life journey bearable. He knows things aren’t right and seems to care. Sweet boy!
Thank you for supporting Happy Jack in this year's competition. Your participation allows us to aid PAWS in their mission to help cats, dogs, and wild animals thrive in happy, healthy homes or in their natural habitats.
What is America's Favorite Pet?
Learn MoreWe have a friend who crochets catnip mice. They’re Jacks favorite toys. He loves them, so of course scratches them to rags, but that’s what they’re for right? As far as treats go, he wants whatever I’m eating…or thinks he does.
Companionship! Jack is different from all other cats because he’s mine and I’m his. He likes me, even with all my flaws, and I like him despite his…an occasional nip. (I should know by now not to pet his stomach.) I must confess my flaw is little enthusiasm for cleaning the litter box. We are made for each other! He just wants to be number one in my life, like I’m number one in his.
Jack should be America’s Favorite because he exemplifies the typical America cat. Jack was born to a feral mother and spent his first months hungry and homeless but due to his dazzling smile, he was discovered and is now the mascot for Happy Jack Cats Kitten Rescue in Idaho. His main duty as mascot is to help to save lives by finding homes for homeless kittens and cats, and all he has to do is smile! Jack is living the American dream and deserves to be America’s Favorite
