All photos you submit must be a minimum of 150KB and a maximum of 10MB. The profile photo is designed to use a landscape image (horizontal orientation, I.E. 700x560) and will not allow for the full image to be displayed if you are trying to use a portrait (vertical) image instead. If your problem persists, you may try uploading from a different device and/or browser.
We recommend trying to vote again from a different device or browser, as this will often fix most issues. Another possibility could be that it has not been a full 24 hours since your last vote. If you continue to experience difficulties, please contact our Support Team and we will be happy to help.
Look for your profile link in any of our official Competition emails. You can easily copy and share the link with anyone you’d like.
You can use your Free Daily Vote once every 24 hours and you can cast "PAWS Votes" for your favorite Competitor at any time.
There will always be a slight delay from the time you change your profile photo to the time your photo is updated for Facebook sharing. We recommend minimizing the number of times you update your profile photo to prevent this delay.
Each pet is randomly assigned a Group at the beginning of the Competition. There are multiple Rounds in the Competition, and you’re only competing against the other pets within your Group during each Round. We make every effort to ensure that Groups contain an equal number of pets throughout the Competition.
Per the Rules, you are only allowed to Free Daily Vote for yourself.
PAWS (Progressive Animal Welfare Society) is a 501(c)3 organization that actively rehabilitates orphaned and injured wildlife, shelters and adopts homeless cats and dogs, and provides education and outreach within the community to promote compassionate action for animals.
Many charities with honorable missions lack the bandwidth to run effective fundraising campaigns year-round. Through this Competition, DTCare allows PAWS to spend less time raising funds, and more time focusing on its mission.
To date, America's Favorite Pet has funded the rescue and rehabilitation of over 5,300 animals by helping PAWS expand their wildlife rehab programs. We remain a faithful advocate for PAWS and are always looking for ways to grow and support this rescue mission.
