She is a sassy, spunky 6 month old little girl. She was born deaf but doesn’t let her shortcomings stop her.
Thank you for supporting Annie in this year's competition. Your participation allows us to aid PAWS in their mission to help cats, dogs, and wild animals thrive in happy, healthy homes or in their natural habitats.
What is America's Favorite Pet?
Learn MoreShe doesn’t have a favorite toy but loves to chase anything I can throw. She loves to chew on her whimzies.
She came to me shortly after my first dog passed away in May, 2024 and both my family and friends, and myself think my first dog sent her to me. Even though there are a lot of similarities between the two dogs, Annie is still 100% her own dog and gives me a run for my money.
Annie was born deaf and dumped by a breeder as a result of being deaf. Despite her abandonment at an early age she has shown me (and her foster mom) unconditional love. This past year was rough as my first dog endured many significant illnesses and even though she passed away earlier this year Annie keeps giving me reasons to smile and makes days that should have been tough to get through that much easier. She makes everyone happy and wins over the hearts of everyone she meets.
