Ash loves eating leaves and grass. No matter how many times he throws up from feasting on them, he will never learn. I guess you could say he’s a little nature enthusiast. Ash’s obsession with plants started when he lived with my roommate, who had over 40 plants in her room. He’d sneak in there and get his fill, even if it meant getting trapped in the room or feeling sick later.
My favorite thing about Ash is his captivating personality. He’s the one who turned this lifelong dog lover into a true cat enthusiast. Ash is a little adventurer at heart—an escape artist and fearless explorer, always seeking new and creative ways to get in trouble. Despite his independent spirit. His charming blend of goofy antics, boundless curiosity, and heartwarming tenderness make him a perfect companion.
Ash’s journey to becoming America’s Favorite Pet is nothing short of inspiring. He started as a street cat in Rochester, surviving on his wits and resourcefulness through cold upstate NY winters. This is where his adventurous spirit and bit of a feral edge come from. While he’s now a lovable cuddle bug, he’s still got that street-smart spark. He currently keeps things spicy with his occasional wild side.
