Charlie is a silly little man. He loves to snuggle and always sleeps under the covers. He is very sassy and is constantly glaring at people.

My favorite thing about Charlie is how he loves snuggles and giving kisses.
Charlie should be Americas favorite because he’s a sassy little man who loves to pose for photos and give judgmental looks. He’s from the Humane Society and is a little scared of new people but when you get to know him he’s the sweetest little man.
