My favorite thing about Cookie is how loyal she is to her family. She has saved me from the evil mailman, and evil vacuum! More seriously, she has saved me from people with bad intent while we were on walkies. She has stopped snakes from biting me, stopped stray dogs from attacking, and always is watching to make sure I am never far from her.
Cookie has been through a lot. She is a rescue. She was adopted out to her supposed forever family but then found shortly afterwards abandoned on the side of the rode by animal control. While she has quirks from her rough start, all she wants to do is love her humans. She can be rough around the edges but give her food and love, and she’ll warm right up to you. America is kinda like that right? Rough around the edges? But really, we all just want good food and love.
