Duke is a good boy. Pretty laid-back, very loving and a fun dog. Loves all people, especially children.

Duke is a kind and gentle dog with a really great heart. He also has a goofy, silly side. My favorite thing is how good he is to other dogs and how patient with our little dog he is. Duke does a wonderful job of showing people what a great family pet German Shepherds are!
There is only one Duke. He is so gentle that elderly people love him and yet children can play with him. He will rough house with my teenage grandsons. It’s like he Instinctively knows how gentle or rough he can be. When my granddaughters were younger, they used to paint his toenails and he would let them. If they gave dogs kindness awards. Duke would win it.
