What's your dog’s favorite toy and/or go-to treat?

Gatsby’s favorite toy is his Ducky. The green and brown one, he’s pretty specific. His favorite treats are pizza bones, soup bones, and oversized non rawhide chewies. He gets excited when he gets one and “hides” them in plain sight.

What is your favorite thing about your dog?

How he seems to tell you exactly what he wants through his expressive features. He’s also genuinely concerned for his loved ones. Everyone is safe and protected under his nose. He’s like a big nanny watching you from his corner.

Why should your dog be America’s Favorite?

Think of the best boy you know and then add a million more best boy tokens. He out bests the best of boys. More seriously, he grounded me when I was suffering through a severe mental health crisis. He kept me accountable and present when my whole world seemed to be crumbling. He became the foundation I needed to rebuild my life. America’s favorite dog should hold attributes that bring honor to their species. I believe Gatsby bestows that.
