Gracie is unequivocally the best Golden Retriever. She is photogenic, impatiently treat-loving, goofy, and loves the beach and snow!

Learn MoreGracie’s favorite toys are anything that squeak. She has an elephant that checks all the boxes: crinkles, squeaks, and an emotional support toy to carry around! She shows no discrimination to treats, unless they affect her allergies! Fresh fruits and veggies, whatever mom and dad are making for dinner, pup cups, and crunchy dog treats do the trick. If I had to be specific it would be all natural brands like Farm to Pet and Crumps.
My favorite thing about Gracie is she loves butt scratching! The BEST part is she will make these happy barks and growls to let everyone know she likes it. One of her favorites phrases is, “Is it butt scratching time?!” She’ll immediately lean against her toys, couch, bed, floor, even in the grass. After she often will get the zoomies or will ‘dig’ in the furniture to show her enthusiasm! This puts me (and herself) in a good mood every time!
Gracie should be America’s Favorite dog because she can brighten anyone’s day! Her photogenic smile captures hearts at the mall, daycare, and the neighborhood! She is loyal, loving, and the biggest goof. Futhermore, I want to continue to spread awareness to how amazing Golden Retrievers are. This breed is such a powerful companion, smart, and gentle. As an educator and someone with generalized anxiety disorder, I know first hand how important it is to have a rock and she is mine!
