What's your dog’s favorite toy and/or go-to treat?

Homer’s favorite toy might be socks. He is not allowed to have them but he wants to show you that he has one. In the meantime he will take a good strong rubber toy that you found under the bed that he pointed out to you, he put it under there so you would notice him.

What is your favorite thing about your dog?

His personality! He is a joker. And he occasionally can be embarrassed. When he is embarrassed we call him Jared the Embarrassed. Things like missing the bed when he jumps but slipped off. He gets adorably embarrassed. His ears change and he hides. His joker side? He wants so bad to play ball, but is he gonna give you the ball? Dumb dumb. Of course not! You have to pretend like you don’t want it so bad and maybe he will forget how bad he wants it and then we can throw the ball.

Why should your dog be America’s Favorite?

My giant sweetie is the perfect dog. He wants to play but he wants me to be happy. I recently cried pretty hard and he was dead asleep. Or so I thought. He heard me and wanted to know I was okay. After almost breaking down our bedroom door I opened it to kisses and paws to tell me to chill. No other dog has given me this love. He is the epitome of human’s best friend.
