Izzy Lou loves Cheerios. She doesn’t have a favorite toy but she has a favorite bed! The first day we got her she plopped right in and burrowed under the blanket.
Izzy Lou has such an electric spirit. We have only had her since November ‘24, but she came right in and stole our hearts. She is so loving and is a great little snuggler. She looks at you with her perky ears and those big eyes and you can’t help but just smile. She makes us laugh all the time. She’s laid back and ready for anything. There’s nothing not to love!
Izzy Lou has been through a lot. They found her on the roof of a house after Hurricane Helene in Western NC. Her barking was how she and others were found and rescued. She had a broken leg that had to be amputated. We were told she came from a dog hoarding situation, so we aren’t sure what all she’s been through. She is a survivor and a fighter yet still enjoys life and loves with all her heart. We should all take a lesson from Izzy Lou! Also, she can lick her own eyeball. 😂
