Millie loves lots of toys but her Kong teddy bear seems to be her favorite of them all. She loves freeze dried salmon bites (by Vital Essentials)! But let’s be honest, she’s a lab so she will love just about any treat!
I love everything about her!! But specifically, I love how she misses me when I’m gone, whether it’s a couple hours or a day at work. She runs to me as soon as I walk in the door and can’t wait to give kisses and curl up in my lap. She is also amazing with my 3 kiddos and I love how much you can see that she loves them and they love her!
To everyone else, Millie is just another dog but to my family she is so much more. We lost our young son in 2018 and our previous lab was his best friend. When she died in 2023 I lost not only my dog but that connection to my son as well. Millie came along and has brought comfort to our hearts while healing some of those cracks that were left behind. My son has his dog in Heaven and we have our Millie Monroe, who is our angel on earth.
