My favorite thing about Noelle is how much personality she has. She stretches and speaks in the morning once we wake up. She playfully barks while playing with her friends. And most of all as long as she is near me, her world is complete.
Noelle should be America’s favorite dog because she’s courageous, funny, beautiful, charismatic, and amazing with kids. I’ve never met a dog like her and she always leaves a mark on whoever she meets.
