Everyone needs a bestie. Onyx's bestie is his toy bunny. Her name is Floof. If we leave the house the first thing he does when we get back is find her and give her kisses. He makes sure his bestie is still there. He is always excited to be reunited. Floof is a very big deal in his world. He gives her kisses, and they run and play. He is a love bug. He loves Busy Bones too. He proudly carries them around. They look like a cigar in his mouth. He is a comedian with his treats.
He is loyal. He can howl like a wolf, and he tries to sing along with music. When music comes on, he comes running. He is Big LOVE in a little package. He wants to make people feel better. It is in his nature. Oh, and his ears ....we can't forget his ears.
Onyx is a rockstar. I adopted him during the pandemic. I was working remotely& he wanted in on it. He worked a crisis and emotional support line with me throughout the Covid19 pandemic. Callers would ask for Onyx. He would howl for them and try to talk back and everyone got the message. LOVE. Sometimes you might feel little but when you give it your whole heart- you are anything but little. He has this amazing impact on people. Onyx leaves people feeling better than when he found them.
