When Penny dances its impossible NOT to laugh. Might be only 15lbs but she regularly protects me from the FEDEX guy. And squirrels.

Learn MorePenny is OBSESSED with food; any kind of food. Even lettuce with Balsamic vinegar. She isn't too interested in toys unless I give one to her and then try to take it back. But her most beloved thing is a full belly rub. And will do ANYTHING to get one. My most beloved thing is watching her dance. She stands on two feet and wiggles the heck out of her butt.
Penny is clever, a food addict, extremely affectionate, and very entertaining. But my favorite thing about her are her eyes: BIG, ROUND BLACK EYES. So much communicated with just a look.
When anyone sees Penny for the first time they inevitably say, "Oh, she is adorable." She certainly is adorable. And LIVES to kiss me. I often have to tell her, "Penny, no more licking." Penny is a rescue. Before she was a year old, she'd had a litter of puppies, turned over to a shelter and then saved by a Rescue organization who placed her with a Foster Mom. Three months later I adopted Penny. And learned how much love and laughs a little girl gave give.
