What's your dog’s favorite toy and/or go-to treat?

Poppy is highly food motivated but there’s not much she loves more than a green bean or snap pea. Favorite toy is a small pink llama that crinkles but she doesn’t play with it per se. We call it her baby. She carries it around and tucks it in places to keep safe nearby.

What is your favorite thing about your dog?

My favorite thing about my dog is how silly she is. She is so full of sass and has a genuine ability to make people laugh. Her attitude and hunger for snacks and adventure are much larger in size than she is.

Why should your dog be America’s Favorite?

Poppy is obviously my favorite but she’s also everybody else's favorite too. My family, friends, and coworkers ask about her daily, neighbors offer to pet sit, people on the street stop me and ask me what kind of dog she is because she’s “so majestic.” If P hears someone “aaaaw” or “eeeeek” in her presence or direction she knows that it’s for her and she will wag her tail with an invite a pet. There’s just something about Poppy Lou that is magical. Hope you get to see it too!
