Rodney truly is the sweetest, most affectionate dog I've ever known (and always dreamed of having). He loves to sit in laps (even at the office when he comes to work with me) and curl up against you on the couch. When we go to bed, I tuck him in under a little blanket and he snuggles up next to me all night - it fills my heart so much, sometimes I feel like it could burst with joy. He is my best friend, and the best companion a girl could ask for.
Rodney had a tough first few months of life, and yet he turned out to be the most loving boy. He was found in TN, emaciated, sick, and with a scratched nose, and was resuced and brought to NJ. Then he was adopted, but the couple returned him! It was fate that they did, because after spending another 2 months at the shelter, my fiance and I saw the photo of him on their website, and we knew he belonged with us. He sat in my lap when we met, and he's been sitting in my lap ever since!
