Roosters favourite toy is anything he can stash under the coffee table, including, but not limited to, toilet paper rolls, his doggie brother's stuffed animals, the feather duster and any large fluffy cat toy. His favourite treats are any food he can get his paws on. As a former street cat, Rooster faced a lot of food insecurity in his early days, so he is VERY food motivated, and has even stolen a whole cabbage before. He especially loves stealing popcorn chicken.
My favourite thing about Rooster is how phenomenally sweet and affectionate he is despite his rough start to life. He always wants to cuddle and will jump in my arms whenever he wants a snuggle, even if I've got my hands full. He wants to be by my side 24/7 and always ensures that I never feel alone!
Rooster should be America's Favorite Pet because of his heartwarming and inspiring journey from a mischievous stray to a cuddly and lovable house cat. Every day he reminds me of the importance of giving rescued pets a chance, as the love and positivity they bring into our lives is truly immeasurable!
