Roscoe is a Bernese X Lab. He is a rescue from Manitoba and is 9 months now. He is very friendly and loves cuddles.

My favourite thing about Roscoe is how excited he gets when he greets anyone. He will always greet you with something in his mouth, like a shoe or blanket.
Roscoe should be America’s favourite as he is the most loving and goofy puppy. He has come from a difficult past but he does not let that affect how he lives life today.
