She is so loving but very cautious with strangers. My elderly mother adopted Sadie from the pound. The one thing that made my mother smile and laugh while in hospice was watching Sadie, Sophie and Stella play and then when they would jump on her bed and want to be loved on. Sadie would jump on the bed to find moms oximeter with the string. She would try take off with it. So mom would play hide and seek with her. Sadie has a great personality we are so blessed to have found her at the pound.
My mother was at a difficult time since in hospice, Sadie, Stella, Sophie made my mother smile and even laugh. They helped pull her out of her depression. When she didn't want to be with people the cats gave her happiness that I believe she wouldn't have had if we didn't have them. I believe it also helped her live a little longer which we cherish the extra time and are so thankful for. The morning my mother passed our cats went to say goodbye and they still look for her now sleeping in her room
