My favourite thing about Salem is that no matter the day, she never fails to put a smile on my face. She’s talkative, intelligent, hilarious, and extremely cuddly. She has been my trusty sidekick through the good and bad times yet I don’t think that she will ever understand how much that has meant to me. Despite her black fur, life got a whole lot brighter when Salem came in it.
After having some serious health issues as a baby kitten and no luck being rescued from the shelter, Salem’s story was what inspired me to give this little cat a chance and give her the home and life she deserves. Salem’s resilience is seen with what an intelligent and strong cat she’s become. It would be an honour if Salem would be able to demonstrate how unique she is on this platform. It would be her chance at a feline Cinderella story!
