Tobey is shop dog at a grooming salon where he plays all day. He loves people but children most of all. Sleep is his top priority in life.

Learn MoreTobey loves baby toys with rattles in them or Palm Pals. He finds them in stores and just rips them down because he knows his mama will get it for him. He is sometimes picky with food but for some reason never refuses lettuce.
My favorite thing about Tobey is his hilarious personality. He thinks he is the boss at all times and lets everybody know it. He is also very loving. If he hears a child's laughter or cry in public he will do anything to find them.
Tobey should be America's favorite because he is a hardworking, loyal little shih tzu. He is the only dog I've known to work 40 hours a week. He deserves a little bonus in his life because he does a lot for everyone around him and has never asked for a raise. Let's give him the recognition he deserves!
