Toby speaks for most rescue dog that they isn't a reason you shouldn't rescue animals! He has for into our family with kids since day one with a huge personality that is contagious to everyone he meets! As seen in his picture he only has 3 legs but is a great looking dog with a personality that's as contagious as the flu! He would love to be pampered more by winning America's favorite!
