Learn MoreWalker is very food driven....hears a crinkle of any kind, and you'll turn around to find him right under your feet. Cheese and apples seem to be his favorite these days. His favorite toy would be the stuffed animal (Moose) he stole from the neighbors yard sale table, a few years back.
Walker, though an older fella (13), is full of spunk and he likes to herd us in the directions he would like to go. He loves all dogs and humans, very inclusive with a big heart. He's goofy, loves being with his people, loves being in the boat on the river and will travel anywhere as he loves to GO!
Walker brings so much joy to those he encounters. He was diagnosed with cancer a year and a half ago and we feel so blessed that he is still here with us. We have had a lot of loss and up/downs in our families and he has been our rock. He reminds us daily that life is short and not to take it too seriously.
