A 6 month puppy he was held in a filthy dog house in the heat with no water and barely fed. He was being prepared to be a bait dog. He had a broken vertebrae and two broken ribs. I took him! We have never looked back. He has been to obedience school and just had knee surgery after an extensive injury. We have hiked miles & miles through the Ozarks including 100 mile challenge last year. He is loyal and protective of his 74 year old “mom”. He loves life. He is grateful every day.
He can teach us all a lesson about surviving the hard knocks in life but keep looking for adventure, love and live every day and above all BE LOYAL and a true friend.
