Bodhi has Exocrine Pancreatic Insufficiency (EPI) and has to be careful with his treats. His favorite is whipped cream! You can’t beat it! He also likes bully sticks and elk treats! As for toys, he loves stuffed toys, but they seem to combust in his presence. He claims innocence.
Bodhi hails from the island of Bonaire. At just over a year old, he was diagnosed with EPI and became very ill. It took months to get the right diagnosis, but now, thanks to medication, he's thriving! Bodhi is a proud supporter of Epi4Dogs and appears in their annual calendar to help raise funds for the cause. He also served as the mascot for the 2024 Waggin’ Wild 5K and participates every year to raise money for a local rescue. He loves meeting new people and spreading joy wherever he goes!
Bodhi wants to make the world happy! He was adopted from a shelter, overcame health issues and is now thriving alongside 5 rescued fur-siblings. Bodhi and his family still have close ties to Animal Shelter Bonaire and also donate to local organizations. Bodhi is a face of hope for all the dogs still waiting for their second chance!
