She loves any and all toys! She loves to play ball and is crazy fast. Once she bites a hole in a toy, she makes it her mission to tear out every little piece of stuffing. She loves cucumbers, watermelon and any treat that has peanut butter on it.
She shows her love by giving us hugs. She’ll get next to us and lean her head into our chest. She’ll wait for us to wrap our arm around her to give her loves too. She has different colored toenails and has a thin white line in her fur that runs down her hip area. It almost looks like someone painted a line down her.
Callie didn’t have the best life before we adopted her. She was scared of most everyone, especially men. She has come a long way and absolutely adores our family. Before we adopted her, we hadn’t had a dog for 3 years. Our dog passed away after 13 years and it was so hard to want another dog before Callie came along. Once I saw her picture, I fell in love and knew we needed to meet her. We may have rescued her, but I feel like she rescued us too.
