Cece is my best friend. She helps me so much with my anxiety and always knows how to comfort me. She's my little shadow. ♥️

Cece is always warning us on certain things. For example she starts barking when she wants her pad changed, wants water, and our tea pot doesn't whistle so when she sees smoke come out she barks to let us know.
I feel CeCe should be chosen because she's a very unique looking chihuahua. If you look at her forehead it looks like she has a cat printed on it . It's so cute. She is so loveable to family members. and helps me with my anxiety.
