Charlie is just under 2 years old and we rescued him. He loves to play with his sister, Stella, swim, chew bones and is very loving.

Charlie loves stuffed toys so that he can tear them open to get the squeaker and stuffing out. He also loves to tease his Sister Stella with tug toys and challenge her to try to take it from him, which she usually does!
Charlie is a happy-go-lucky pup who is slowly coming into being an "adult" but has so many puppy traits. He is very easy going, gets along with all animals and people and will lick you and love you, yet watch over the house at night. Charlie is a mutt, but has wirehaired pointer traits and, boy, he does point! He uses his nose like a detective and will sniff out most any small animal outside and treats of course in the house.
Charlie should be America's Favorite because he is so handsome and sits so statuesque. He reminds us of the dog in "Lady and the Tramp". He is extremely smart and has become a well-mannered pup coming from being a rescue and not knowing any commands to learning them all! He loves to swim in our pool and will take a dip on his own without us knowing until he comes into the house and shakes off! Charlie lights up the house and makes our house a home! We love coming home to Charlie!!!
