Despite his small size he has a gigantic heart matched by his unwavering. Friendliness. Despite still a baby, and relinquished to a kill shelter @ 3 wks old, he brings a smile to everyone he meets and has never met a person unworthy of a kiss.
Both chip and brother dale never waver in their unconditional love shown to everyone despite their unfortunate beginning which includes relinquished at a kill shelter, taken from their mommy way too young and losing a brother. A divine lesson to all.
