Claire’s most unique quality is her ear tip and her meow. She was originally a TNR community cat before I took her into my home. She was ran over by a car by accident and it has caused damage to her vocal cords so she is not able to meow like a normal cat. She has a whisper meow with a small quiet squeak.
Claire should be Americas Favorite cat so she can bring awareness to TNR community cats. She can help bring awareness and education to pet owners about how important spay & neuter is and how it can help keep the cat population controlled.
