What's your dog’s favorite toy and/or go-to treat?

Yelling, “ Celery” is the way we get him in the house after playtime, making us the crazy neighbors! He also loves giant cabbage leaves, long carrots, and can’t decide if radishes are a toy or treat. His favorite toy is his Newfie sister, Betty! He doesn’t discriminate on his stuffies, they are scattered equally throughout the house; a chicken, a goose, a duck duck, a dog!

What is your dog's most unique quality?

To protect you at your most vulnerable, in the bathroom. Newfoundlands are water dogs, so he needs to be reminded he can’t get in the shower with you. While using the loo, he will lay at your feet or outside the door to protect you while you handle business.

Why should your dog be America’s Favorite?

He loves his family and thrives on togetherness. So much, that he will stand at the end of the driveway and look back at the house if we aren’t on walks all as a family. He’s quick to join anyone on the couch and bring one of his stuffed animals to lay his head on.
