Coal is a chow hound and hasn't found a treat or snack he doesn't like yet; however, cheese is a strong contender for his all-time favorite. His favorite toy is whatever toy his brother has. He never turns down a chance to play tug.
Coal love life, there isn't a doubt about that. He is always happy and loves to meet new people. He always looks like he is smiling. When he runs around there is always a bounce in his step. When his mom is having a bad day, he knows just how to cheer her up with a "hug-o-clock." He will bark at her until she turns around to him. He will then raise up and place his paws on her shoulder and bury his head into her chest. He will stay that way until he feels she is calmer.
Coal should be America's Favorite pet because with his happy demeanor he reminds people that no matter how bad it gets you can find happiness again. Whenever someone meets Coal, they normally come away with a happy smile on their face.
