Cosmo may be small but he has deep penetrating eyes that captures your heart. If you listen closely you can hear him say “ please don’t leave take me” . Or I will have to stay at this exact spot until you come back. And you know he will be waiting at that very spot
Cosmo is much like any Dog who has been mistreated, neglected and abused for most of his life. One day he got lucky and found a home, a place of his own ( he is pictured with his friend Lulu) He should be America’s favorite because he is special!
