Dewey became the start of the story for a genuine concern of the feral cat colony in our neighborhood and many neighborhoods all over the country. June 19th my daughter and I found Dewey sitting on the neighbors front porch meowing as if he were calling out for help. Only at about 4-5 weeks old, his siblings nor momma cat were nowhere to be found. I walked up to him and he didn't move an inch. I realized he didn't move because both of his eyes were sealed shut.
