Learn MoreDunkin loves chew toys, bone broth bones. He won’t turn down any type of treat. If he gets a chance to he loves to shed his little brother and sister’s stuffed animals.
Dunkin’s most unique quality is ability to make people stop in their tracks to love on him. He is so friendly and gentle. We can’t go anywhere without him getting strangers to pat him. don’t worry your not going anywhere this is your home. Hopefully hearing his story people who also lost pets that are afraid to go out and get a new dog will see that there is always room to love one more. He knew i needed him just as much as i needed him.
I had agreed to foster Dunkin 4 weeks after my 16 year old dog passed away. I wasn’t sure if it was too soon but once I saw him i knew he needed me. He had been brought to Maine from Georgia along with 30 other dogs. He was dirty, skinny and afraid. As soon as we got home he got a bath a big bowl of food and 3 days of me cuddling and loving him. One night I was laying on the couch watching tv with him and my other 2 dogs, when he took a deep breath and exhaled looked up at me i said ^^^^
