He initially was raised in a vets office as a pup. When he goes to the vets he thinks it’s his work place and must put paws on counter to say , hello I’m here. Whoever house trained him taught him to use tub if no one was around.
Because everyone that meets him loves him and wants to take him home. He loves people.
