This was my cat Felix that passed away Dec. of last year. We are heartbroken, but he lives on in our memories and photos. Miss you buddy

Learn MoreHis favorite toy were these catnip fish sticks that are no longer made, so we had to constantly clean them to make sure he would have them for a long time. His favorite treat was beef jerky. He could hear the bag opening from across the house.
His most unique quality by far was his athleticism. He could jump from the floor to the top of my 6 foot tall fireplace or take 2 long leaps to get up or down our stairs. When he had vet appointments we had to prepare 20 minutes early to give us enough time to catch him.
Felix was the best cat a guy could ask for. He was always at the door when I got home, always with me in bed and always on my lap in the evenings. Everyone's pet is unique and special to them in some way. Felix was a rescue cat that we had since he was a kitten. He passed away last December from kidney disease at the age of 11. Even though this is a contest I think everyone's pets are special and could all be winners, but Felix represents all of the amazing pets we have lost along the way.
