Foreign most unique quality is howling whenever a fire truck..ice cream truck or a police truck passes by our window...you have to see it ..It is so cute and unique I thought dogs only do that in movies .
My dog foreign should be Americas favorite dog because hes name explains it all and hes very popular within the neighborhood and hes very unique and loving in his own foreign way ..Hes just so unpredictable that he does things and u have a camera out because you never know with him..what he will do next thats just funny out the blue.
