What's your dog’s favorite toy and/or go-to treat?

Garth isn’t picky when it comes to toys—if it’s stuffed, it’s his new best friend. One minute he’s proudly parading it around like a prize, the next he’s flopping down for a cuddle, and then suddenly it’s playtime again. Every plush toy becomes part of his little world, and watching him bounce between goofy play and sweet snuggles is pure joy. Garth brings big personality, big fun, and even bigger heart—stuffed animals beware!

What is your dog's most unique quality?

Garth’s best quality is his heart. He’s a big, lovable boy who stays right by my side, always wanting to be close and always ready to make me laugh without even trying. That same gentle, loyal nature makes him an incredible foster brother to the puppies around him—patient, kind, and quietly watching over them. Garth doesn’t just fill a room with joy; he makes everyone in it feel safe and loved.

Why should your dog be America’s Favorite?

Garth should be America’s favorite dog because he is a true survivor with the biggest heart. Born a cleft pup, his start in life was uncertain, but he fought through it with strength and gentleness. Today, he’s a loyal shadow who follows me everywhere, a constant source of laughter, and a loving foster brother to every puppy who comes through our home. Garth is living proof that even the hardest beginnings can lead to the most beautiful lives.
