Receive Text UpdatesGertie loves treats - ALL treats - but is particularly partial to her nightly milkbone biscuit (bulldogs need a nightly cookie to avoid an upset stomach). As for toys - durability matters - without it, you get a sea of stuffing. Gertie likes nylabones and Kong toys.
Gertie’s story before she came to us is unknown, but I do know one thing - this little lass has grit. Couple that with her sweet, loyal disposition, and you have a smart, resilient, and loving pup.
Quite simply, Gertie is a pint sized diva with a heart of gold - intensely tied to her family, with health opinions about what she expects, it is hard to reconcile this spunky pup with the dog who entered rescue. She captured our hearts immediately.
