Before I came along, dad had another best friend named Howie who helped my dad heal from his past of abuse and neglect. Howie passed away right before my dad’s eyes and he wants to honor Howie by opening a rescue. So if I win, all the money will be used to FINALLY open Howie’s House of Rescue…where no pet in need gets left behind. 🐶 🐱 🐾
