He was our first rescue. Jack Russell, Sheltie mix. He is a cuddle bug but he will bark to defend his turf.

He does not really play with toys, but I never knew a treat that he would refuse. His go to treats are Fruitables Skinny Minis - all flavors. He also loves Blue Buffalo Steak Grillers.
Everyday he wants to go outside about 8am and look for our neighbor Uncle Fred to walk by. He knows he will get some treats. He will sit in the yard and look to the North (Fred is just starting his walk from home) and then to the South (Fred is coming back from his walk) to see where Fred is and he will sit out there for hours if we let him. He also knows how to make the nightlight in our bedroom come on when he is ready to get up in the morning.
He deserves a lot of LOVE. Plus he is so CUTE! It has been a rough year for him. He has severe allergies both environmental and food. We found out he only has one kidney and he had ACL surgery in October. All he wants is to be in your lap and gives lots of kisses. He loves to go to the beach with us each year. We do not know his back story, but I am so glad we rescued him otherwise he may not have gotten the care he needed.
