Huxley should be America’s Favorite Dog because he is a survivor. When he wasn’t quite 2 years old, his previous owner, decided she didn’t want him anymore since she got an Australian Shepherd puppy and the puppy was twice the size of Huxley and played too rough. I answered her ad about him needing a home and went to see him. He was outside in the cold and was skinny and matted. She put him in my arms and he turned to face me and dug his nails into my arm and shoulder trembling.
