Kipper is a dog who has so much love to give everyone. If he isn't cuddling with you Wich is one of his favorite things to do, he will can hog space on a bed real easy.Even though he is younger, he is a big brother to our 19 year old Chihuahua Pablo, who literally has an old man's personality but you can find them snuggled up with each other when you least expect it. When I take kipper out people always ask to pet him or in passing tell us how cute he is.
