What's your dog’s favorite toy and/or go-to treat?

Liberty’s favorite toy is a big white squeaky ball that was once a penguin named Frosty. After being loved, tossed, and chewed a little too much, it’s now just her cherished squeaky ball. Her second favorite is a bouncy and bright tennis ball! When it comes to treats, Liberty believes variety is essential and is always hoping for a taste of whatever I’m eating, but her true favorite is anything made with peanut butter.

What is your dog's most unique quality?

Liberty’s most unique quality is her beautiful, expressive smile. She truly smiles when she’s happy, often flashing it while wagging her tail or greeting people. Along with her smile, she has an amazing ability to sense emotions and offer comfort through gentle cuddles or calm companionship. Her joyful expressions and intuitive nature make everyone around her feel instantly loved.

Why should your dog be America’s Favorite?

Liberty should be America’s Favorite because she is resilience wrapped in unconditional love. After major, life-altering MMP surgery, she faced recovery with incredible strength. As a University of Cincinnati student graduating this May and preparing for grad school, the unexpected financial burden has been overwhelming at times but Liberty’s spirit has carried us through. No matter what she’s endured, she still greets me every day with the biggest smile and happiest tail wag.
