Lily should be America’s Favorite Dog because she is proof that love saves lives. Once abandoned on the streets of Philadelphia - dirty, matted, and alone - she never gave up. Today, she’s safe, cherished, and experiencing firsts she never knew existed. Lily represents every rescue still waiting to be seen and loved.
