That he truly believes he is a lap dog. Loki will climb into the passengers lap in the car just to nap with his head out the window while soaking up the sunshine.
Pitbull are constantly mislabeled and judged as aggressive animals and he breaks that stigma. Loki HAS to be friends with anyone he comes in contact with and truly believes they need all the kisses he can give. Loki is patient and sweet and incredibly gentle natured. He hasn't met someone who didn't fall in love with him instantly.
