Receive Text UpdatesLoki is ecstatic with any toys, but his all-time favorites are mom & dad’s socks and cardboard! When it’s the socks, he loves whipping them around like a rag doll. If it’s cardboard, he becomes a personal shredding machine! He loves a good cardboard crunch. Snack time for Loki includes blueberries, cheese, or healthy greek yogurt. And whatever else he can get his paws on!
His attentiveness. Loki follows and observes every move that I make as if he’s studying my mannerisms and patterns. He watches my hand gestures and then brings his attention back to my face. Sometimes he barks eagerly, like he wants to have a conversation. When he watches or listens, he gives these inquisitive looks as he sits tall. I’ve never experienced a dog who’s so curious and has such a vibrant personality. Never a dull moment with him!
Every dog deserves to win! But my Loki baby is so special and the kind of dog everyone falls in love with. He may look a little intimidating, but behind those mischievous eyebrows is a big, playful beautiful soul. He’s sweet and gentle with everyone he meets. Loki was rescued as a puppy in Arkansas and made his way to me in Illinois. I think going from a shelter pup to America’s Favorite Pet would be a pretty remarkable story!
