She came from rough beginnings and her ability to trust in love does not go unnoticed. Although she came in as a foster, we became girlfriends in the matter of hours when I give the command hold my hand, she puts her little paw right in my palm.
She’s a true resilience story. Rescued from the streets of Puerto Rico and brought to NJ, she arrived as a tiny, timid six‑month‑old foster. Within hours, her gentle, loving personality shone through. She’s trusting, playful, funny, and—though small—absolutely mighty. Everywhere we go, people fall in love with her, and every vet who meets her tells me the same thing: they’d have become a foster failure too. She’s the sweetest little girl
